According to Christoph Waltz he does! For his work on Water For Elephants
Christoph Waltz who won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Inglorious Bastards earlier this year, has heaped high praise on his young co-star Robert Pattinson.
According to MTV, when asked where he keeps the iconic statue, Christopher replied:
“It’s in my house, but the way things are looking, I might have to hand it off to Rob next year!”

ROB'S 1 OF 5 CELEB RICHEST MINIMALIST
The list includes New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, actor Vincent Kartheiser of "Mad Men", Canadian singer Jane Siberry, Apple cofounder Steve Jobs, and our dear Rob.
Twilight star Robert Pattinson probably receive many gifts from fans and the brands that want to be associated with her pretty face, but apparently he is not on material things.
"I do not seek the comfort and stuff. I think that guy can do without most things. I bought a guitar very good recently, it's the only thing that I've really spent a lot of money, "he said. "But that's all. I had my apartment in London before when I was unemployed, is a small place and I liked it. Had to walk through a restaurant kitchen and up the stairs full of garbage and there was no heating. I like that. But now it is very difficult. I can not live in places like that. "Which is a shame, because living on the other side of the kitchen of a restaurant sounds perfect for midnight pranks for snacks.

Story Behind Rob Selling Remember Me
The Product:
Remember Me is not an easy story to sell; it was difficult to get financing for the project and then later it was a hard sell during promotion. Part of the reason is that it cannot be pigeon-holed into the usual genres, and when a close type is identified, it turns out most of the viewing public is not ready to pay to see that type of film.
I ‘m not sure of the exact timeline, but Pattinson definitely read the script and met with Coulter and producer Nick Osborne and signed on to Remember Me long before Twilight came out. At that point none of the men knew that Twilight’s success would catapult Pattinson into the stratosphere of fame, but when it did, he then had the clout to get Summit to back the project. This phenomenal occurrence was a double-edged sword, because, when filming began, Coulter reports that it was “incredibly difficult” to film on the streets of NYC, with disrespectful paps and Pattinson’s eager fans hampering their efforts.

ROB SINGING @ SONGS FROM A ROOM
Pattinson Music recently interviewed the founders of Sofar Sounds: Rocky, Dave & Rafe and, of course, they asked about Rob's performance.
Lastly, if you don’t mind, I’d like to inquire a bit about Robert Pattinson’s performance on behalf of our community. Did he volunteer to play? Can you describe his performance style, his musical style for us?
He sure did. He was in the audience and clearly enjoying the music. Halfway through the gig he asked if we would mind if he played. As there were 5 other acts pre booked to play we said ‘sure!’ but that it would have to be at the end of the night. He was nervous –Rob said it had been about a year since he had played live and hoped he remembered what to do. He was very down to earth and shy about it. It was getting late once he grabbed the guitar and walked to the ‘stage’ (the front of a private home in north london) - so we agreed he’d play one song. He has a very rich and soulful style – sweet-sad lyrics – a sound not unlike his friends Marcus Foster and Bobby Long.
We’ve been so patient waiting for him to perform and your clip gave us so much hope! Do you plan on releasing the full song he performed? And can you see him returning for another performance?
We will definitely release the full clip of his performance in the coming months. Just arranging when a good time to do so (watch this space: www.sofarsounds.com). And as he truly enjoyed playing Songs From A Room (and played well), I’m pretty certain he’ll be back.

MICHAEL CAIN THINKS ROB HAS TALENT
Talent-spotting is an unreliable art, but Caine still likes to have a go. He’s not terribly excited by the current crop of vampire antiheroes.
“They all look the same … very slight dark young men with very bright eyes and pale skin. But I’m sure some of them will develop into big stars – the boy [Robert] Pattinson will, I’m sure.”
